STORY
Three dancers and their teacher learn to live through loss, treachery and hardship, learning many powerful life lessons along the way. They find that by relying on each other, along with honor and perseverance, that they can reach the summit of their imagination and the realization of their dreams. And that life is far too short to leave a dream unfinished.

Of course, hire enough animators to finish in 2 years. We have already a large enough team for the model assets and other tasks. And the grant will be used to have them continue this project.
-
Set up, prepare and deliver assets for the free libraries on the intended marketplaces.
-
Create a free resource for anyone who wants to learn all aspects of the 3D pipeline including interfacing between Blender and Unreal Engine, using this production as a use case, with assets available from the production as a part of tutorial files.
-
Organize and manage an apprenticeship program for artists who want to learn and contribute to the project. This program will be made as a transparent process for anyone to follow and learn as a part of the free resource.
-
Hire a Blender developer to work in the studio to help with the creation of production tools. The plan here is to find someone qualified to contribute these tools (or enhancement of existing tools) to the future release versions of Blender, and so co-ordination with the Blender Foundation will be initiated.
GRANT USE UPDATE
Richard Culver has had a hand in training artists in 3D workflows over the last 15 years. For the last 9 years our studio has been running a local training program, giving university students invaluable studio experience to take with them into the workplace. Check out Our Training Legacy page.
A quite extensive library of assets will be made available to the community under the Creative Commons Attribution license.
